How Our Coaching Process Works
Our objective is to improve the personal performance and leadership skills of business professionals or solve challenges within their companies. We do this by first assessing and evaluating the client and company using the appropriate Myers-Briggs tools. Then, we work closely to create a personalized Action Plan designed to achieve the desired outcomes. During the creation of this plan, potential obstacles and alternatives are identified. Alternative solutions are developed in case these obstacles block the road to success. We also create milestones to allow us to measure and monitor progress. Throughout the engagement we provide accountability, motivation, positive reinforcement, as well as tools for support. Our clients have indicated that these strategies have been particularly helpful to them in attaining their goals.
We incorporate the use of a variety of Assessment tools and other resources to help clients achieve success. They include, but are not limited to Myers-Brigg and DISC. Additionally, we provide a wealth of resource information and useful tools that can provide support long after the engagement concludes.
